Job Title: Loan Collection Officer

Location: Allen Avenue, Ikeja – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and follow up on outstanding loans.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and payments.
• Build and maintain healthy customer relationships.
• Achieve set targets and contribute to team goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in loan collection (or a related field).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to handle pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) is a plus.
• SSCE holders are highly encouraged to apply.
• Applicants must own and utilize an Android phone or an iPhone.

Remuneration and Benefits

• Base Salary: N80,000 per month.
• Transportation Allowance: ₦20,000 per month.
• Performance Bonus: Additional earnings linked directly to staff performance targets.
