We officially started operations in 2017, providing Solar equipment leasing services to customers such as phone chargers and barbers. In 2019, we switched to rent to own to enable our customers to own their equipment after a fixed time period. Over time, we expanded to include other types of equipment and we are fast gaining a market reputation as the leading equipment rent to own service provider for micro-businesses. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Loan Branch Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Objective

• Conducts initial review of disbursement requests and submits to the Branch Manager for approval, processes disbursement requests via expense approval form, attends to walk-in customers, receives and treats customer support calls.

Job Responsibilities
The Job Responsibilities include without limitation, the following:

• Send all loan requests to finance for disbursement.
• Perform other impromptu tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
• Provide clear and easy to understand notes in the CRM on each loan and the status accordingly.
• Work with the credit officer to ensure the branch loan application is promptly attended to.
• Inform them of the 5% processing fee before loan application is granted.
• Cross check loan application before forwarding to the credit department for verification and approval.
• Provide a daily report to the Branch Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree qualification in Accounting, Economics and/or Business Administration.
• 2 – 5 years Experience.
• Experience working in Microfinance bank.
• The candidate should be based in Mararaba and it’s environs.
• The age limit is 25 – 35.
• Female is more preferred.

Salary
N70,000 Monthly.
