Job Title: Live-in Chef

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on professional chef to work in a private residence, with deep expertise in Nigerian cuisine and averagely good at Spanish or Italian dishes.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing daily meals, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Nigerian meals daily, including traditional dishes such as soups, stews, rice varieties, grilled meats, and local delicacies.
• Cook a variety of either Spanish or Italian dishes when required.
• Plan weekly menus based on family preferences, dietary requirements, and seasonal availability of ingredients.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
• Work closely with other domestic staff to ensure smooth household operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a chef in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Expertise in preparing a wide range of Nigerian traditional dishes from different regions.
• Fair knowledge of either Spanish or Italian cuisine.
