Job Title: Line Cook

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and dependable Line Cook to prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
• The ideal candidate is passionate about food, works well under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion standards are maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams.

Requirements

• OND, HND, Bachelor’s Degree, or relevant culinary training.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but not required.
