Job Summary

• A reputable organisation is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Legal Secretary with a legal background to provide secretarial, administrative, and documentation support to the legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, letters, contracts, and reports.
• Manage legal files, records, and confidential documentation.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and court dates where applicable.
• Handle correspondence, calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Assist with legal research, document filing, and case preparation.
• Maintain diaries, deadlines, and an organised filing system.
• Provide administrative support to lawyers and management.

Requirements

• Degree or relevant qualification in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or in a law firm is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and document management.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
• Professionalism and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Salary
N300,000 – N350,000 Net Monthly.
