Job Title: Legal Officer

Location: Nnebisi Road – Asaba, Delta

Job Description

• The Legal Officer will provide legal advisory support, ensure compliance, and protect the company’s interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and interpret legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on company operations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary.
• Liaise with external solicitors and regulatory authorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Nigerian Law School (BL).
• 2 – 4 years of proven post-call experience, preferably in real estate or corporate law.
• Strong knowledge of property law, contract law, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
