Job Title: Legal and Compliance Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Litigation Monitoring
• Draft and review SLA’s and other contractual agreements as it pertains to various business units, vendors and customers.
• Regulatory Monitoring, Reporting and Compliance
• Intellectual Property Management
• Collateral Management
• Internal and CBN Audit exceptions monitoring
• AML/CFT/CPF Compliance
• Data Protection Compliance
• Assist external Company Secretaries on Board Governance matters.

Requirement

• Must have worked in the banking sector for at least two years
