• Competent hands: training and verifiable experience in Childcare and early learning is vital)
• Kind hearts: Be warm and patient. You must be able to work with children at their own pace)
• Quick feet: Be comfortable and physically strong to flow with the energy of our young learners.
• 1-2 years of experience leading a small team within a childcare or educational environment is an advantage.
