Job Title: Lead, Mid Corporate Propositions & Brokers Engagements

Job Objective

• The Proposition Manager will drive the development, refinement, and implementation of market-aligned insurance propositions to support the Commercial Sales diversification and growth strategy.
• The role will bridge product innovation and sales execution, ensuring propositions are customer-centric, sales-friendly, and aligned with market needs.
• The role will also co-ordinate Brokers Engagements.

Educational / Professional Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field (Master’s Degree or professional certifications are a plus).

Experience

• 5–7 years of experience in product management, sales enablement, or a related role in the insurance industry.
• Demonstrated success in designing and launching customer-focused insurance products.
• Strong understanding of insurance markets, distribution channels, and customer segments.
