Job Title: Lead Deployment / Support Network Engineer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Design, implement and support the diverse enterprise networking Collaboration and Video Conferencing portfolio.
• Design and implement industry-standard solutions and deliver best in class service.
• Evaluate and recommend next-generation technology that improves the end-user experience, addresses tactical business requirements and aligns with long-term strategic goals.
• Manage assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.
• Configure, troubleshoot and provide support on complex network infrastructure.
• Identify technology gaps, recommend architecture/product changes to ensure platform performance.
• Ensure the maintenance of high availability and stability of all Collaboration and Voice/Video Infrastructure technologies.
• Perform infrastructure system management, consulting, design and integration functions across multiple OEMs.
• Conduct and lead complex root cause analysis to correct systems, applications, software and hardware that are not compliant with design documents.
• Work closely with associated technology groups to understand infrastructure needs during the development and testing processes.
• Coordinate vendors and support teams across client sites using agreed SLAs.
• Perform routine maintenance and patching schedules to keep UC systems at the highest uptime
• Support the UC Cisco and Non-Cisco upgrade initiatives and help with implementation tasks.
• Support and maintain the Cisco UC platform (AV, Webex, collaboration).

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
• 4 – 6 years of work experience.
