Job Summary

• We are seeking an organized and proactive Laundry Manager to oversee daily laundry operations, supervise staff, maintain quality standards, and ensure excellent customer service.
• This role is ideal for a smart, detail-oriented individual with leadership potential and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day laundry operations.
• Supervise, train, and support laundry staff.
• Ensure quality control and timely service delivery.
• Monitor inventory and laundry supplies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
• Prepare basic operational reports and records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or OND.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and solve problems.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Previous experience in hospitality, operations, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
