Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Direct customers to online resources when required.
  • Record customer support tickets and requests based on enquiries made.
  • Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions.
  • Ensure customer tickets are resolved within 24 hours.
  • Create and maintain reports about customer interactions for account managers.
  • Encourage customers to complete surveys.
  • Make recommendations to management to improve customer experience.

Requirements

  • An ideal candidate will have a National Diploma, but a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office and Customer Support software and previous experience in an office or call center.
  • Experience in Fintech company is a bonus.

 

Head of Product

Overall Description

Responsibilities

  • Definition and alignment of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, to establish the company as a leader in the digital banking space.
  • Create and present visionary innovations (occasionally in front of investors or analysts), strategic decision proposals, as well as the calculation of business cases for Company’s product portfolio.
  • You will be responsible for strategic partnerships and lead necessary contractbusiness cases for Company’s product portfolio.

  • You will present the company and its products to strategic customers, the press and analysts.

Requirements

  • A suitable candidate will have a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent in working experience.
  • The candidate must have 3 – 8 years of experience in product management.

 

Head of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships

Overall Description

  • This is majorly responsible for identifying, negotiating, and bringing deals to completion with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • The Head of Marketing/Strategic Partnerships will develop formalized business plans including commercial terms, go to market strategy and an execution plan for the company, across all our key markets.
  • This team member is part of the company’s ELT and will work closely across multiple functional areas (design, development & Ad Operations) to execute deals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a small team to deliver on revenue and customer acquisition targets.
  • Research, Model, Evaluate and plan for new growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate and bring deals to completion with key stakeholders.
  • Develop formalised business plans including commercial terms, go to market strategy and an execution plan.
  • Work closely across multiple functional areas (design, development & Ad Operations) to execute your deals.
  • Stay abreast of key industry trends to make recommendations on new revenue opportunities.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
  • The ideal candidate for this role will be an individual with solid experience building revenue partnerships.
  • Significant experience (4 – 6 years) working in supply chain, in revenue partnerships, business development, marketing or related capacity.

 

Back End Developer

Overall Description

  • Back-end developers create, code, and improve the server, server-side applications, and databases that, when combined with front-end codes, help create a functional, seamless experience for the end-user.

Responsibilities

  • Set design requirements based on information from the marketing team and user research.
  • Actively contribute to critical efforts including but not limited to building new product features, design, and development of new microservices.
  • Influence the features and direction of the product with your own ideas.
  • Identifying ways to improve our technology and processes.
  • Build out high quality integrations with other internal services and deliver product features for customers at scale.
  • Lead or participate in code and technical design reviews.
  • Write well-documented APIs by using Postman, following RESTful design patterns.
  • Create reliable and self-documented code that is easily testable and maintainable
  • Follow test-driven methodologies to troubleshoot and debug applications.
  • Generate reusable code libraries.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
  • Experience with SQL and relational database schema design.
  • Experience with Google Firebase and Google Firestore.
  • Experience with AWS and managing deployment pipelines.
  • Experience building highly integrated, large-scale, high-volume, and testable systems.
  • 2 to 3 year’s experience in Typescript, Java, and/or any functional language.
  • We code primarily in Typescript, so you’ll be expected to either ramp or continue with such.
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in microservices architecture, messaging patterns, and deployment models.
  • Collaborates well with other engineers, product managers, and quality engineers in a team-based environment.
  • Ability to manage code using Github.

 

Front End Developer, Angular

Overall Description

  • Front End Developers are responsible for managing the development of all front-end applications of all Pivo’s products. Front end developer duties include determining the structure and design of web applications and pages, striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design, and ensuring web application is optimized for smartphones.
  • They are usually supported by back-end web developers, who are responsible for server-side application logic and integration of the work front-end developers do.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new user-facing features
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
  • Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end.
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with a minimum of 5 years work experience.
  • Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, preferred framework is Angular.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role for a high growth startup.
