Job Title: Laminating Machine Operator

Location: Emene, Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Arrangement: 2-shift system (Morning and Night Shifts)

Job Summary

• The Laminating Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining laminating machinery, ensuring smooth production pocesses, and delivering high-quality polythene products in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor laminating machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company production standards.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report major faults to maintenance personnel.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
• Participate in overtime work when required, with overtime compensated separately.

Position Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience operating laminating machines or similar production equipment.
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of machine operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts (morning and night) and adapt to a flexible schedule.
• Readiness to relocate to Enugu.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: Full working day
• Saturday: Half-day for morning shift (ending by 1 pm); night shift off
• Sunday: Off for all shifts.

Salary / Benefits

• NGN 100,000 – 150,000 per month (depending on experience).
• Overtime pay when required
