• Provide professional healthcare services to clients online.
• Drive sales and support business growth.
• Handle and resolve complaints from online customers courteously and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Take initiative in daily operations to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc with 2 – 3 years of job experience.
• Registered Nurse with valid certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and intelligence in client interactions.
• Competence in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Sales or customer-facing experience will be an added advantage.
