Job Title: Kitchen Supervisor

Job Description

• We seek an experienced and skilled Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation, high-quality dishes, and excellent customer satisfaction.
• The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and culinary skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers.
• Coordinate daily menu preparation, food presentation, and plating.
• Monitor kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of ingredients and supplies.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.

Quality Control:

• Ensure dishes meet quality, presentation, and flavor standards.
• Conduct regular taste tests and provide feedback.
• Implement quality control procedures to minimize waste and errors.

Administrative:

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, staff hours, and kitchen operations.
• Assist with menu planning, recipe development, and cost control.
• Participate in kitchen budgeting and cost management.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of kitchen supervisory experience in a restaurant.
• Culinary arts certification or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage stress.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations, food safety, and HACCP.

Desirable:

• Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field.
• Certification in food safety, allergen awareness.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly.
