Job Title: Kitchen Assistant

Description

• We’re looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our growing team! If you love food, enjoy being creative, and are eager to learn, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of ice cream, gelato, sorbets, and toppings following our recipes and training.
• Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils.
• Portion and package desserts for events and deliveries.
• Support event setups, including Sundae Bars or pop-up stands, when required.
• Help with inventory checks and restocking supplies.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Skills and Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for learning new skills and working with desserts.
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Willingness to work flexible hours based on demand, including weekends.
• Prior kitchen experience is essential
• A basic understanding of food safety is an advantage.
