Job Description

• Fresh2Go Smoothie & Co. is a fast growing food and beverage brand focused on providing fresh, healthy, and high quality meals and drinks.
• We are currently hiring a Kitchen Assistant / Production Staff to support food preparation and production activities across our outlets while maintaining high hygiene and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of food items, smoothies, and ingredients according to company recipes
• Wash, cut, and portion fruits, vegetables, and other raw materials
• Support bulk production and daily kitchen operations
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and work areas
• Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients
• Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards at all times
• Assist with stock arrangement and basic inventory checks.

Educational Qualification

• Minimum of SSCE
• Catering, food processing, or hospitality training is an added advantage.

Experience:

• Previous experience as a kitchen assistant, production staff, or food handler is an advantage
• Candidates without experience can apply, training will be provided.

Other Requirements:

• Must be neat, hygienic, and physically fit
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Honest, reliable, and disciplined
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Required Skills:

• Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Teamwork and willingness to learn.

Remuneration

• Competitive salary  (N55,000 – N70,000 monthly)
