Job Description

• Foster a love for learning in children aged 3-6 through the Montessori method.
• Create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Build strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates on children’s progress.
• Maintain a stimulating, organized, and safe learning environment.
• Guide children towards independence and self-discovery.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an NCE, OND or HND in relevant field with 3- 5 years work experience.
• Montessori certification for 3-6 age group.
• Passion for early childhood education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt and innovate in a dynamic educational setting.
