Job Title: Key Account Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with the organisation’s strategic clients and partners.
• Develop account plans to increase transaction volumes, revenue, and customer retention.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell the organisation’s products and services.
• Coordinate onboarding of new enterprise clients and strategic payment partners.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for key customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Work closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor customer performance, transaction trends, and service levels, providing regular business reviews and recommendations.
• Negotiate commercial terms, renewals, and partnership agreements within approved authority limits.
• Drive merchant acquisition and expansion of payment corridors across Africa.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, account pipelines, and revenue forecasts.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on account performance, revenue, customer satisfaction, and pipeline activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support business growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, AML/CFT requirements, and applicable regulatory obligations.

Salary
N450,000 – N650,000 per month.
