Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and talented Junior Web Developer to join our team on a temporary 3-month engagement.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in web development and a keen interest in digital marketing.
• You will be responsible for creating and optimizing web pages, designing engaging landing pages, and implementing lead generation strategies.
• Additionally, your work will focus on improving SEO performance and supporting marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Web Development:Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of responsive websites and landing pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
• Lead Generation:Implement lead capture forms, pop-ups, and CTAs to drive conversions and collect user data for marketing and sales efforts.
• SEO Optimization:Conduct on-page and technical SEO improvements, including optimizing meta tags, headers, URLs, and content for search engines.
• Landing Page Creation:Design and develop high-converting landing pages tailored to specific marketing campaigns.
• Marketing Support:Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration between web pages and marketing efforts, including the setup of Google Analytics, Facebook Pixels, and other tracking tools.
• A/B Testing:Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and site elements to improve conversion rates.
• Performance Monitoring:Monitor website performance, lead generation metrics, and SEO rankings, making adjustments to improve results.
• Content Updates:Ensure timely updates to website content in coordination with marketing strategies, blog posts, or promotions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing professionals to align web development with business goals.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of front-end web development languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Familiarity with web content management systems (WordPress, Webflow, etc.).
• Experience with landing page creation tools (Unbounce, Leadpages, Instapage) or similar.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz).
• Experience with lead generation techniques and integrating CRM or email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp, etc.).
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as conversion optimization, user experience, and A/B testing.
• Strong attention to detail, with an ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
