• We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Junior Talent Associate , who is eager to grow within the People and Culture space and contribute meaningfully to the operational success of our team.
• In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Talent function, ensuring that people processes run smoothly and efficiently across the organisation.
• You will be working closely with the existing Talent and Admin teams, as well as collaborating with other cross-functional teams.
• Your day-to-day will involve working with the team to keep all operational and strategic activities running smoothly.
• Strong organisational skills, clear communication, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professional discretion will be essential.
