Job Title: Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Ibese, Ogun

Responsibilities

• Manage the administrative functions of the talent acquisition team, including: Paper documentation and filing, Employee database management, Maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Assist in the coordination of on-site interviews and ensure that all necessary materials are prepared.
• Support in review of resumes and cover letters to pre-qualify candidates based on job requirements.
• Assist in analyzing recruitment data to identify trends and improve sourcing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• BSc / HND in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 0 – 1 year of experience in a talent acquisition or human resources role.
• Strong analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn new things.
