Job Title: Junior Network Operation Center Engineer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• The Junior Network Operation Center Engineer serves as first line of defense for network health, monitoring traffic and responding to service-impacting alarms

Responsibilities

• Monitor network management systems (NMS) 24/7 to identify and report service interruptions.
• Perform initial troubleshooting and diagnosis of network outages.
• Escalate critical issues to senior engineers and maintain accurate incident logs.
• Coordinate with field teams during emergency repair deployments.

Core Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or Telecommunications.
• Ability to remain calm during service outages and demonstrate strong technical curiosity.
• Familiarity with basic troubleshooting tools and a willingness to participate in on-call rotations for network support.
