Job Title: Junior Health Maintenance Officer

Position Overview

• We are seeking a motivated Junior Health Maintenance Officer with a cognitive experience of 2 to 5 years in healthcare to support our health maintenance and compliance initiatives.
• This role is ideal for a dedicated healthcare professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about upholding excellence in patient care and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and monitoring health maintenance programs.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with senior officers to develop preventive healthcare strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of health protocols, incidents, and improvements.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on hygiene, infection control, and safety practices.
• Support emergency response planning and risk assessments.
• Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Environmental Health, or a related field
• 2-5 years of proven experience in healthcare, occupational health, or a similar role.
• Valid professional certification (eg, Occupational Health & Safety, Infection Control) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and health management software.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated track records of excellence and a proactive, hardworking attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Salary
N100,000 – N200,000 Monthly (based on experience, qualifications, and performance).
