Job Title: Junior Facility Supervisor

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the facility management team to implement improvement initiatives.
• Execute routine inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities, ensuring the efficient operation of all systems and equipment.
• Demonstrate proficiency in technical tasks related to facility maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and address minor technical issues independently.
• Liaise with external vendors for maintenance services and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Evaluate vendor performance and recommend changes when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inventory.
• Generate reports on facility status and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with the emergency response team to ensure readiness and effective response to unforeseen facility issues.
• Participate in scheduled emergency drills.
• Communicate effectively with residents, addressing concerns and providing updates on maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with the Facility Manager to convey information to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications preferred.
• 3+ years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in plumbing, generator maintenance, and electrical work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle maintenance emergencies.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Knowledge of safety and security procedures in facility management.
• Proven experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in handling basic repairs.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Salary
N110,000 Monthly.
