We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Junior Executive, Card Services 

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage card issuance, activation, blocking, replacement, renewal, and closure. Monitor ATM, POS, and e-commerce transactions, including declines, reversals, and failed transactions.
• Support card settlement and reconciliation with Finance and Treasury.
• Monitor card fraud, disputes, chargebacks, and suspicious activities.
• Coordinate with card processors, payment schemes, technology teams, and other vendors.
• Ensure card operations comply with applicable regulatory, scheme, and internal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Banking & Finance,. Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in card services, payments, digital banking, fintech, or card operations.
• Practical experience with Visa, Mastercard, local payment schemes, or card processors. Strong knowledge of card issuance, transaction processing, settlement, reconciliation, fraud, and chargebacks.
• Good understanding of virtual cards, digital wallets, tokenisation, and payment APIs is an advantage.
