Job Summary

• We are seeking a Junior Architect with a passion for modern and futuristic architectural design and a strong command of high-quality rendering techniques.
• The ideal candidate will support design teams by creating visual concepts, architectural models, and photorealistic renderings that bring our bold visions to life.
• This role involves close collaboration with senior architects, engineers, and project teams to translate conceptual ideas into digital representations that guide decision-making and project development.

Key Responsibilities
Architectural Rendering & Design Support:

• Produce high-quality 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and visualizations for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
• Work with the team to conceptualize and refine modern, futuristic architectural designs.
• Interpret architectural drawings and sketches into realistic digital models.
• Enhance proposals and presentations with compelling visual content.

Project Documentation & Development:

• Assist in preparing working drawings, site plans, elevations, and section details.
• Contribute to design development and project presentations.
• Maintain organized libraries of rendering materials, models, and assets.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

• Work with engineers, developers, and operations teams to ensure designs meet technical and functional requirements.
• Support the marketing and proposal teams with visuals for investor presentations and bid documents.
• Participate in client meetings and design reviews to communicate visual ideas effectively.

Requirements
Educational Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in architectural design and rendering.
• Strong portfolio of completed renderings and design visuals — submission is mandatory.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in rendering software such as Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Twinmotion, or similar.
• Experience with modeling tools: SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, or AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for post-processing.
• Understanding of design principles, materials, lighting, and spatial planning.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working on projects with futuristic or high-tech architectural styles.
• Background in mixed-use developments, high-rise buildings, or modern residential projects.
• Basic knowledge of BIM and sustainable design approaches.

Salary

• N200,000 – N700,000 / Month, based on experience and technical skill level.
