Job Description

• We need a Junior Agricultural engineer, to will join our team in the implementation of a climate-smart agriculture infrastructure project.
• As a Junior Agricultural engineer, you will participate in the planning, design, and setting of cost-efficient solutions for:
  • Water resources: irrigation, pond, dam, rainwater catchment, etc.
  • Land development: land clearing, land preparation, etc.
  • Agricultural roads
  • Agricultural equipment
  • Processing equipment & Production line
  • Building infrastructure: greenhouses, warehouses, silos, tanks, etc.

Reporting Line:

• Senior Agricultural Engineer (Expatriate)

Job Requirements and Competencies

• A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering.
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Possession of good interpersonal skills is a must
• Experiences in the installation, use, and repair of agricultural equipment
• Must be able to work as part of a team
• Must be someone that pays keen attention to details
• Must have excellent coordination and organizational abilities
• Ability to solve complex problems
• Must display flexibility while carrying out duties
• Must have good time management skills
• Must have in-depth knowledge of general agricultural procedures
