About the Role

• We are seeking a smart,well spoken and highly organized Junior Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations.
• This role is ideal for a recent graduate or entry-level candidate looking to grow in a structured business environment

Key Responsibilities

• Typing and formatting letters, proposals and reports
• Drafting basic correspondence under supervision
• Managing emails and filling documents (digital & physical)
• Making and receiving official calls
• Scheduling meetings and appointments
• Organizing office documents and records
• Assisting with project documentation and direct communication
• Running occasional administrative errands if required.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc (any related field)
• Strong written and spoken English
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
• Professional communication skills
• Willingness to learn and take feedbacks
• Good attitude and strong work ethic
• Must be organized and detail oriented.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 / month.
