We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Support Executive

Location: Nigeria

Summary

  • As a Junior Account Manager in Lagos, you will grow designated main accounts by increasing revenue and profitability, sustaining customer relationships, monitoring market activity, and ensuring compliant, delivery from scale-up to production while meeting Measurements and resolving issues.
  • You will report to the Country Manager.

Responsibilities
You will:

  • Under guidance, grow Givaudan business with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines
  • Manage customer relationships within portfolio of accounts
  • Monitor customer and competitor activity and maintain customer information
  • Track Account Plans for important accounts
  • Develop and deliver internal and customer presentations
  • Identify/create opportunities for Givaudan to participate in targeted briefs
  • Identify customer requirements and follow up on customer submission
  • Transition customer projects and new wins from scale-up to production
  • Follow Measurements versus targets (Sales, Gross Profit, win rate…) and take corrective actions if necessary
  • Negotiate pricing agreements within guidelines
  • Manage credit, pricing, rebates and budget for main accounts
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution
  • Comply with all appropriate Givaudan and statutory EHS and regulatory guidelines

Requirements
You have:

  • University degree (or equivalent)
  • 4-7 years of overall experience
  • 1+ years’ functional/technical experience in the industry
  • Verbal and written command of English
  • Competence in developing and delivering compelling presentations
  • Passion for the Fragrance Industry
  • Develop relationships with customers, decisionmakers and influencers.
