Job Title: IT Officer

Summary

• We’re looking for a proactive and skilled individual to manage our technology infrastructure and provide essential technical support.

​Roles & Responsibilities

• ​IT Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all hardware, software, and network issues. You’ll be the first point of contact for staff requiring IT assistance.
• ​Network & Systems Management: Monitor and maintain the company’s computer systems, networks, and servers. This includes ensuring data security and managing user access.
• ​Software & Hardware Maintenance: Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software. You’ll also perform routine maintenance to ensure all systems are running smoothly.
• ​Data Management: Implement and manage data backup and recovery procedures to protect critical business information.

​Requirements

• ​Education: A Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• ​Experience: A minimum of 2 – 3 years of proven experience in an IT support or officer role.
• Must be resident in or around Jabi/Utako

​Skills:

• ​Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and software applications.
• ​Experience with network administration and troubleshooting.
• ​Familiarity with data backup and security best practices.
• Ability to manage website is a plus
• Ability to work on CCTV cameras is highly desirable
• ​Personal Attributes: Must be a problem-solver, highly organized, and an excellent communicator. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
