Job Title: Invoice Clerk (Female preferably)

Job Description

• The Invoice Clerk is responsible for managing the invoicing process, ensuring accurate billing, and maintaining financial records.
• This role involves processing invoices, verifying payment details, and assisting with accounts receivable tasks to support the overall financial operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices to clients and vendors in a timely manner.
• Verify accuracy of billing data and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain organized records of all invoices and payments.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and communicate with clients regarding payment status.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Respond to inquiries from clients and vendors regarding billing and payment issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policies
• perform any other tasks assigned.

Salary
N40,000 – N50,000 / month.
