Job Title: Investment Advisor (Client Relationship & Engagement)

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

​Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Business Administration, Sales/Marketing, Economics, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional/Sales experience.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in sales and sales management.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Nigerian real estate practices and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to deliver timely reports and meet performance expectations.
• Leadership experience (required for the Sales & Marketing Manager role).
• Must be able to commute to work

Salary

• N170,000 – N300,000 per month.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives, including a 5% commission on sales.
