About the Role

• Maxitech Global Investment Limited is seeking a disciplined, detail-oriented, and reliable Inventory & Warehouse Assistant to support our warehouse and inventory operations.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting warehouse activities, ensuring proper storage of stock, and contributing to efficient order fulfilment.
• This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, physically fit, and looking to build a long-term career in warehouse and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and issue inventory items accurately.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements.
• Support periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation exercises.
• Organize warehouse shelves and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
• Load, offload, and move inventory safely within the warehouse.
• Monitor stock levels and promptly report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain inventory and logistics documentation.
• Support product dispatch and delivery activities.
• Comply with company inventory control procedures, safety standards, and operational policies.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Inventory & Warehouse Manager.

Requirements

• Male candidate needed for the role
• Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or a related role is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Physically fit and capable of carrying out warehouse-related tasks.
• Good record-keeping and organizational skills.
• Ability to pay attention to detail and work accurately under minimal supervision.
• Honest, dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Must reside in Ikeja or nearby areas for ease of commuting.
• Applicants who have completed their education and are available for long-term employment will be given preference.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 Net Monthly.
