We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Inventory Verification Officer

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Conducting scheduled inventory verification at all branches, warehouses, project sites, and other remote locations.
• Verifying all inventory categories, including Finished Goods, Spare Parts, Raw Materials, and Company Assets.
• Performing both planned and surprise stock counts in accordance with the approved verification schedule.
• Investigating inventory discrepancies and supporting root-cause analysis.
• Preparing comprehensive inventory verification reports, including findings, variances, and recommendations.
• Monitoring compliance with inventory control procedures and recommending process improvements.
• Supporting Management by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory records across all business units.

Requirements

• BSc/HND in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• Proven experience in inventory management, stock control, or warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing, retail, or distribution environment.
• Proficiency in using modern inventory management software and ERP systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory record-keeping, stock tracking, and data entry.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to analyze inventory data, interpret trends, and make data-driven decision.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 / month.
