Job Title: Inventory Officer

Location: Ajao Estate, Isolo – Lagos

Summary

• Our client is looking to hire a diligent and detail-oriented Inventory Officer to manage stock levels, ensure proper inventory documentation, and support smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and purchases
• Receive and inspect all incoming goods and reconcile with purchase orders
• Update inventory management systems and generate reports
• Monitor stock levels and alert when items are running low
• Coordinate with procurement and other departments to forecast demand
• Organize and maintain the warehouse layout for easy access and storage
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records
• Prevent stock loss through proper handling and documentation
• Tag and label inventory for identification and tracking
• Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any relevant field
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management
• Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
