We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Inventory Officer

Location: Tradefair, Amuwo Odofin – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Inventory Officer is responsible for overseeing the company’s inventory operations to ensure accurate stock records, proper stock levels, and efficient inventory movement.
  • The role involves monitoring stock inflow and outflow, conducting regular stock audits, maintaining inventory reports, and ensuring proper storage and handling of products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.
  • Record and track stock movements including transfers, sales, and returns.
  • Conduct routine physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems or spreadsheets.
  • Prepare inventory reports and submit them to management regularly.
  • Monitor slow-moving, expired, or damaged products and report accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.
  • Support internal and external audits related to inventory management.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
  • Proven experience as an Inventory Officer, Store Keeper, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Proximity is key, if you dont stay closer to Tradefair, do not apply.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
