We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Inventory Officer

Location: Ogudu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all stock items, including fresh produce, packaged goods, and supplies.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts to reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Monitor stock levels and raise timely alerts for replenishment needs.
• Track inventory usage and movement across the store, warehouse, and outlets,
• Enforce FIFO (First-In, First-Out) procedures and monitor expiry dates and shelf life.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all storage areas.
• Update stock management systems or registers daily.
• Prepare and submit accurate inventory reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Document all stock issued to production, sales, and dispatch teams.
• Maintain proper records of receipts, invoices, and delivery notes.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or HND with 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent in verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems
• Willing to work shifts and must reside in ogudu and its environs.

Renumeration
N130,000 – 150,000 naira monthly
