Job Title: Inventory Officer

Location: Shomolu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a responsible, organised, and detail-oriented Inventory Officer to manage and monitor stock levels in a kitchenware store.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, recording, organising, and reconciling stock to ensure accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.
• Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued, returned, or transferred.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation.
• Monitor stock levels and report low-stock or out-of-stock items.
• Ensure proper arrangement and storage of kitchenware and other products.
• Investigate and report stock discrepancies, damages, or losses.
• Work closely with the Sales and Store teams to ensure effective stock management.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND in a relevant field.
• Relevant experience in inventory, storekeeping, stock management, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory record-keeping.
• Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills.
• Must be available forimmediate resumption.
• Reside in Shomolu, Yaba and close environs

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday:8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Saturday:10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 per month.
