Job Title: Inventory Officer

Location: Oniru, Lagos Island – Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Officer to manage inventory operations, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure the efficient movement of inventory across the organization.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and organizational skills with a commitment to inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and notify management of low-stock items.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory.
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Inventory or Store Management is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
