Job Title: Internal Control Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Description 

• Establishing a control environment that emphasizes integrity and a commitment to revealing and rooting out improprieties, including fraud.
• Regularly assessing and identifying the potential for, or existence of, risk or loss.
• Develop audit objectives, plans, and scope by reviewing available information and conducting research
• Help design, implement, and maintain internal audit procedures and risk assessment processes
• Prepare audit findings, write audit reports, and develop recommendations
• Ensure compliance with all applicable plans, policies, and standards
• Stay current on industry trends, and best accounting and audit practices
• Ensure accuracy of financial information

Requirements

• BSc / HND (minimum 2:1 / Upper credit) in Accounting with ACCA/ACA
• 4 – 6 years work experience.
• Age: 27-35
