We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Internal Control and Inventory Officer

Location: Gwarimpa, Abuja (FCT)
Working Days: 23 days a month

Responsibilities

• Recording accurate inventory values in real time.
• Controlling and maintaining adequate inventory.
• Oversee the arrangement of goods in an orderly way.
• Supervising the offloading of inventory by suppliers.
• Crosschecking accuracy of purchase orders supplied.
• Create accurate stock transfers where necessary.
• Maintain proper records and documentation, including receipts and invoices.
• Work with the procurement managers in preparing purchase orders.
• Ensure each production facility is not low on inventory.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Candidate must reside near Gwarinpa.
• Pay close attention to details.
• Sound knowledge of procurement processes and stock management.
• Must be able to use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong communication, leadership and teamwork skills.
• Capacity to perform your duties diligently, particularly during stressful situations.
• Must be able to work on some Sundays and holidays.
• Work from the office 23 days a month.
• Should be willing to work with the company long-term.

Salary
N250,000 / Month.
