Job Title: Internal Auditor / Quality Assurance Officer

Description

• We are seeking a detail-orientedInternal Audito / Quality Assurance Officerto strengthen internal controls, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews.
• Evaluate internal controls, processes and operational risks.
• Identify process gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare audit reports and follow up on recommendations.
• Support quality assurance and process improvement initiatives.
• Investigate discrepancies and potential control weaknesses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in internal audit, compliance or quality assurance.
• Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, CIA or related qualification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Salary
N450,000 – N500,000 monthly.
