Federal Medical Centre (FMC) Owo, Ondo State, Nigeria was established in 1993 as one of the pioneer Federal Medical Centre in Nigeria. The hospital is located on 58.4 hectares of land and is the only Federal tertiary health facility and referral hospital in Ondo State. The hospital is located in Owo Local Government Area of Ondo- State which is about 48km from Akure, the state capital. The hospital serves the neighbouring states such as Kogi, Edo and Osun States.

Responsibilities

• Successful candidates will be required to perform medical duties as stipulated by the respective Schemes of Service assigned by their Heads of Departments in various departments in the Hospital and other duties that may be assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess a B.NSc. Degree or equivalent qualifications in their areas of discipline as well as provisional registration with their Boards and also show evidence of possession of current provisional practicing license.

Condition of Service

• As applicable in other Tertiary Health Institutions in the Country.
