Job Title: Interiors Architect

Location: Lekki, Lagos

About the Role

• We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Architect to join our construction team in Lekki, Lagos.
• The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience in interior architecture, construction, architectural design, or a related industry, with a strong understanding of translating concepts into practical, buildable spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior architectural concepts, layouts, drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare detailed working drawings and construction documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Coordinate interior design requirements with ongoing construction activities.
• Review materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and fittings for projects.
• Conduct site visits and monitor work to ensure designs and specifications are properly implemented.
• Assist with project planning, budgeting, and material selection.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant building standards, regulations, and project requirements.
• Identify and resolve design or construction issues as they arise.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and deliverables.

Requirements

• Degree / HND in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in interior architecture, construction, architectural design, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and finishes.
• Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar tools.
• Ability to interpret and produce technical drawings and construction details.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of project timelines and construction site procedures.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant interior architecture and construction projects is an advantage.
