Job Title: Interior Architectural Supervisor

Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Interior Architectural Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying and procurement within the construction industry. This role is crucial for managing the procurement process and ensuring the delivery of projects within budget and timeline constraints.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all aspects of interior architectural design projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget for interior spaces.
• Develop and present design concepts, layouts, and specifications to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure design integrity during the construction process.
• Review and approve design drawings, materials, and finish selections, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues that may arise.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior designers and interns within the team.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to inform ongoing design practices.

Measurable Feedback
Success in this role will be evaluated based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:

• Timeliness and quality of project deliverables and milestones.
• Client satisfaction based on feedback and post-project evaluations.
• Effectiveness in mentoring and developing junior team members.
• Adherence to budget constraints and successful project completions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field from a recognized private university (preferred).
• Relevant certifications or licensor in interior design are advantageous.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior architecture or design, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from concept through execution.
• Portfolio demonstrating design capabilities, leadership experience, and successful project outcomes is required for review.

Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of interior architecture, space planning, and sustainable design principles.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate client relationships and team collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address complex design challenges.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.
