We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Information Technology – Systems Engineer III

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Main Functions

• Responsible for the planning and engineering of an organization’s systems infrastructure, including implementation and design of hardware and software.
• Oversees development and maintenance of computer systems. Identifies departmental needs and makes suggestions regarding technical direction.
• Monitors the performance of systems. Analyzes users’ needs and creates flowcharts, diagrams, and other documentation.
• Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
• This position would typically include a professional Systems Engineer. Expert in the field, possibly professional certification holder.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 8 – 10 years experience and must have at least 3 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

Skills:

• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex system communication issues.
• Extensive working knowledge of PCs, network hardware, operating systems, software and network communication protocols.
