Description

• We are seeking a practical and results-driven Industrial Telecoms & Automation Project Engineer to join our engineering team.
• The successful candidate will support the delivery of industrial automation, telecommunications, control, and systems integration projects from design through commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of automation and telecoms systems.
• Coordinate project activities with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal engineering teams.
• Work with PLC, HMI, SCADA, instrumentation, industrial networks, CCTV, fibre optics, radio/wireless, and communication systems.
• Conduct site surveys, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, drawings, equipment schedules, and project deliverables.
• Assist with equipment selection, technical evaluations, quotations, and procurement.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to required quality standards.

Requirements

• B.Sc / B.Eng / HND in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, Control & Instrumentation Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years’ relevant experience in industrial automation, telecoms, controls, or engineering projects.
• Good understanding of PLC/SCADA, industrial networking, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel to project and client sites.

Salary
N250000 – N300,000 per month.
