Job Description

• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in laboratory analysis, process improvement, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain laboratory tools and equipment efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to laboratory safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze and interpret chemical data to support process optimization.
• Identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with teams to drive innovation and improve manufacturing processes.
• Design and improve chemical processes for increased efficiency.
• Communicate findings and reports effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field is essential.
• Minimum of 0 to 3 years of experience in a laboratory or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in laboratory tools and equipment
• Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols
• Data analysis and interpretation skills
• Hazard identification and prevention
• Team collaboration and leadership
• Process design and improvement expertise
• Excellent communication skills.
