We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: ICT Officer

Location: Gudu, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Department: Operations / Information Technology
Reports To: Operations Manager / Managing Director

Job Summary

  • The ICT Officer will manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and platforms specifically tailored to real estate operations.
  • This includes managing digital marketing tools, real estate CRM software, online property listings, staff IT support, and ensuring smooth digital transactions and communication systems.
  • The role supports the company’s mission to leverage technology for property sales, client engagement, and internal efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain company hardware and software, including computers, printers, routers, and servers.
  • Manage and update real estate management software (e.g., CRM tools, property listing platforms, document management systems).
  • Support digital marketing tools and platforms, including company website, social media accounts, and email campaigns.
  • Ensure smooth internet connectivity and communication systems across office branches.
  • Provide technical support to staff on hardware, software, and digital tools.
  • Manage cloud storage and data backup for important documents like client records, property documents, and contracts.
  • Maintain cybersecurity standards by enforcing password policies, updating antivirus software, and monitoring unauthorized access.
  • Set up staff emails and support remote work tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.
  • Recommend and implement IT solutions that enhance property sales and marketing.
  • Liaise with external vendors or IT service providers for system upgrades or repairs.

Requirements

  • HND/BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a real estate or sales-driven environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and real estate listing tools is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting common IT issues, network administration, and system configuration.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, web updates, and social media tools is a plus.

  • Good communication and team collaboration abilities
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling client data
  • Ability to train non-technical staff in using digital tools
